TC, Actually with CSMA, it wasn't a misleading press release, rather something investor relations told me about the timing of becoming a reporting company....just for clarification. Rob

There short becomes all profit with no taxes when the company can not get financing and goes belly up. This type of activity by professional short sellers is criminal! Not all shorts do the above.
