Tonto, First off, I called the court myself, Zapara has filed 2 motions to Dismiss scheduled for 1/29; Demurrer, meaning because there are no grounds for the suit, As for the rest of your post, I took it as a threat and forwarded copies to Dagney Young at Principal Securities, The NASD, the SEC, my lawyer and RMIL. Threatening shareholders is a very serious matter.
