Jim, thanks for your suggestions - I believe it is Netscape itself, may lie in the data files under Netscape. It freezes the program and wont allow me to get out without using end task, but computer is ok and internet connection ok, IE ok. end up clear out ALL netscape related files and download a 3.04 version (dont like 4.04, dont need that much excess features) and reinstall it. Now seems ok, so far. btw, having problem to download from web, and have to do it thru ftp site. oils has counter trend bounces all the time on their slide. nimble and bold traders like jenna, can make a killing trading them intraday.
