Maxwell, Any opinion on .35->.25 transition at AMD? I find it interesting that they are going to replace .35 with .25 rather add a new .25 line. Indirectly, a good sign for CYMER, shows that .25 transition is an economic neccessity with constrained budgets. On the other hand, they seem to be having problems with yields even on .35, if they have problems with .25, rumours about DUV equipment will proliferate like crazy... Regards, Y.
