Trump cannot obstruct justice ...

It is true, He can't obstruct justice when it comes to the hiring and firing cabinet and DoJ officials
and he also is legally allowed to tell the DoJ people what he wants them to do. He could even ask them to arrest Mueller himself (for jay-walking) and it wouldn't be obstruction of Justice. That is true.

Trump/Nixon et.al. could only be charged with obstruction justice if there is a different action, a criminal one, that they are aware of. And one that they are trying to prevent from being investigated/prosecuted, etc...
And since "collusion" isn't illegal, even if what you lefties delusionally believe were to be true (that Trump colluded with Putin), since "collusion" isn't a crime the President is with is right to prevent the DoJ from pursuing an investigation into it. There needs to be a real crime, just like their needed to be a real crime to even appoint a Special Prosecutor. Look Muellers time is up, the OG report comes out next week.
The Korean War is ending. #winning

You can take that to the Supreme Court and put a stick in it.
