Zeev, in 1982 I was holding closed-end mutual funds with as much margin as the broker would allow and I was living on credit in order to hold my long positions, paying interest rates of over 20%. I was as confident then of the drastic undervaluation of the markets as I am now of the drastic overvaluation. And this does not come from some inner enlightenment or divine favor, but rather from the consensus of the best books and authorities on how to value the stock market and how to judge the sentiment supporting the market.
