Okay, Tom, now I think I understand your business better. You were located near a college campus, and started out servicing an academic computer network, and then branched out from there because you saw some niches you could fill? Am I close? It IS frustrating to be left on hold, so I'm sure your excellent customer service will help your company grow really fast. Did I correct your spelling? Sorry!!! I never do that intentionally unless someone is acting like a real DICKhead, or I guess the feminine form would be, as Barbara Bush said, "Rhymes with RICH!" Thank you for making a connection for me. Obviously, I have only one brain cell left because of all the diet cokes I have been drinking for thirty-some years, begining with Tab. I just wish I knew what to do about it!!!
