1. I have in depth technical understanding of storage systems and requirements. I trust my judgement more than some executive who may not have an in depth understanding of the technical trade offs. I guarantee you that if the technical people tell an executive that they can reduce storage costs by 30% for a subset of workloads, they will go for it. Take my word for it and wait a few years.

2. I just wanted to understand the supposed "secret sauce" of the M systems QLC IP. Intel/Micron, Samsung, Toshiba/WDC have all announced QLC and we don't have enough information about which one is the best. So far I haven't been able to find any detail on what you are talking about. I am skeptical that IP for planar NAND is directly applicable to 3d, as they are very different.
