You are clueless NK is under the most intense sanctions in their history. That, and nothing else brought Kim to the table. Trump has announced tonight that there is one shot,and a new package of sanctions ready to roll I’d they don’t come to terms. I doubt there has been this level of pressure on a foreign country in decades. Maybe in your lifetime.
