Here are some stocks I have been buying or adding to recently:

FPH. Real estate company that seems to have plenty of cash, more cash than debt (per Yahoo)

The (Third Avenue) fund also has a major position in Five Point Holdings LLC FPH, -3.25% a land developer with three major projects in the works in California. “We frankly see very few companies that have such a huge opportunity in front of it to create value for shareholders,” Dobratz said. Five Point is redeveloping Hunters Point in San Francisco, the former site of Candlestick Park. The company is also developing Newhall Ranch in Los Angeles County and the former El Toro Marine base in Orange County.Dobratz estimates Five Point’s real estate assets, minus debt, are worth about $20 a share. The stock closed at $14.25 on March 9. He expects this investment to work out very well over the next three to five years.
It's not been a good day today for housing stocks with the Fed increase. Housing affordability may be an issue. Demand for homes is there though.

ETM. I ask myself why would the COB Emeritus of a company make repeated buys of shares of his company? Shouldn't he be retired or of retirement age and cut back on his holdings? Maybe he sees something good happening with the company's recent big acquisition. I'll follow along with a small buy.

Adds: VLKAY, BAC, FB, SENEA, HCLP

DSKE. (a small position to watch) A rollup company. Flatbed/specialized transports.

Add TPVG. Distribution yield is good. A "venture growth stage" business.
tpvg.com

PPC. Pilgrim's Pride (chickens). At 7x earnings now, I'm in for a starting buy.

ADNT. With high shame/low pride I add to losing position in this seat manufacturer.

LRCX. I average up on my position in this semiconductor supplier stock as it falls back.
Cheap stock per Scott Black in Barron's RoundTable.

OPCO. Speculative bet on this pet product company.
