jabber, and all

Spoke to Kim Hart this am. The following is what I was able to gain from the conversation.

We presently have 4 MM's working with Sungold stock. And will be adding a 5th by the end of month.

I ask about graduating to the main board on Nasdaq. They will attempt to list there, but the minimum market cap is $50m, we are presently at approx. $30m. And what usually happens is that the application will go through typically when the market makers have established the position they want.

The 30 day period that has been mentioned previously for trading on the pink sheets has something to do with the MM being liable, apparently all liability is over after the 30 day period, and at that point the MM's will get involved more heavily. (not really sure on this point, anyone feel free to correct).

KH has a presentational meeting scheduled for March 2/98, for the proposed Richmond Downs project in B.C. with the relevant city council.

And are attempting to have an announcement (news release) by the end of the month.

Regards,

P.S. He also mentioned that it would be in our best interest to take possession of share certificates to put further pressure on the shorts. I just called my broker and did just that!

P.S #2 He also felt that at these prices that stock is a very good buy.
