Bob, fine if you believe in those warning signs it makes common sense to say your pitch and leave. If I felt that way about a company that I had no investment in, I would not follow them anymore. With their being so many other companies out there, I'd be looking for something else. It makes absolutely no sense to make your life following a company which you don't like. Unless of course, you really do have a hidden agenda which you don't care to make known. You don't need Psychology 101 to figure that one out.

why do you think Mr. Reece is so concern what Riley and your motive as a RMIL shareholder is?

I can't speak for Ron, nor am I him, but I think it's because this thread and the company are flashing all kinds of warnings signs.

It seems obvious to me that those signs are a large reason many of the people with whom you disagree are in this thread in the first place.
