"The topic is illegal immigrants" Kate, have you ever met a liberal that can even pronounce the words illegal immigrant without consternation? Usually they will not utter the words and switch into "why are you against immigrants?" They have to re-frame the dialogue or they know they already have a discussion that is a non starter with their own blue collar base.

Of course the subject is illegal immigrants - and that is EXACTLY my point Ketelew, how does ICE know without demanding to see their papers? Geeez! Nobody here is discussing legal immigrants. Does the absolute obvious have to be stated? ..........And again of course business don't want to control it. You do not need to make this complicated katelew - pass a law requiring business to have skin in the game for hiring illegal immigrants and the main reason illegals come here goes away. How do you want to control the illegals who are here? How do you want ICE to know which of the people here are here legally and who are here illegally? I assume you care as you sure have been complaining about it.
