My conspiracy theory is that Wayne is Jack Arnold.

I have a hunch that if we invite them both to a party only one will show!!

(kind of a Bruce WAYNE - batman scenario)

Anyone with me on this one?

How many shares did they give for the $500,000. Lets assume they got them for .01 a shares a 50% discount to current price then there must
be 50,000,000 shares ready to flood the maket maybe more.

This stock is heading south boys, look for .003-.01 as a trading
range. IMO Then we have a 300-1 reverse split if we are lucky and
this probably won't happen till April.

I am a long hauler but I beleive there are forces behind the scenes
that are not looking out for CVIA shareholders. IMO

WOTD might be smarter than we all think and CVIA shareholders aren't really their main concern. IMO

Food For Thought. I am long $40,000 at an average .13. and very
very disappointed with how this is playing out. -:).

In all reality, I think it will be a long, long, long, time before we are made whole, even those shareholders who own at .02 might be hard pressed to recoup their investment. Hope I am wrong. IMO

IF the info about $500,000 for 50 million shares is accurate,
(which is believeable) that is 1 cent per share. With the
current trading price at 2 cents per share and they have to
be held 41 days, that seems like a good deal for the buyer.
I believe the buyer would be a brokerage firm and when they
started selling the price could drop some, at that time. From
now to then the price could go up to 5 cents or so. I wouldn't
expect to see it over 4 cents.IMO Historically, price goes
up before the news. Price drops on news (IMO) because that
is a good opportunity for the stock to stay strong while the
seller sells off their large number of shares.

At 2 cents per share (like has been said before) it can't go
much lower. If you want the price to hold, everyone would
just have to not sell, simple. Whoever posted that they have
been in and out 5 or 6 times and has lost money with cvia,
its no wonder. I heard something once about 3rd time being a
charm somewhere. The have $40,000 in cvia, like someone else
posted, would be 2 million shares. (today's price) I sure
wonder the average price on that one.

IMO The company is only as good as management. Product of
course is important, but a good management team makes the
company! I don't know what to think at this point.
