"guess you failed to see the supreme court decision today"

What a remarkable guess. I'm hoping to fail to see the one tomorrow, too.

And, it has the advantage of totally ignoring the guy you called an SOB because he was gonna let Manafort off.

" takes us all the way back to the Korematsu decision!! "
Yeah, I failed to see that, too.

***the supreme court decision today on the Muslim ban ***

It is not a Muslim ban...it is a travel ban

“The president has lawfully exercised the broad discretion granted to him under [federal law],” Roberts wrote.

“The Supreme Court has upheld the clear authority of the president to defend the national security of the United States,” he said. “In this era of worldwide terrorism and extremist movements bent on harming innocent civilians, we must properly vet those coming into our country. This ruling is also a moment of profound vindication following months of hysterical commentary from the media and Democratic politicians who refuse to do what it takes to secure our border and our country.”

Everett Eissenstat, a key trade adviser, is leaving the Trump administration, vacating a post on President Donald Trump’s economic team at a time when Trump is warning about expanding tariffs on imports.

Eissenstat, who has worked with both the National Economic Council and the National Security Council, is leaving the White House for a possible future role in the private sector, officials said.

Eissenstat served as an important voice in the room when Trump’s economic officials were debating policy decisions ranging from national security to the “America first” trade policy that has made use of tariffs in an effort to win concessions from China, Canada, Mexico and the European Union. Eissenstat also served as Trump’s representative at international economic gatherings.
