William, like many SI members, I keep a mental list of the following: Stock promoters; People who post trash; and People who start baseless rumors. Before you make my list, I want to give you one last chance to reply to the following thread: Message 3168011 Message 3168072 Message 3168084 Message 3168100 If you were mistaken, just say so. I know several people who bought on the CS takeover rumor (fortunately, I was not among them), and for better or for worse they did rely on information from SI. Sure, they took dumb risks and lost, but we all have a right to know which SI members can be trusted and which can't. I know lots of rumors get circulated on SI, and we all take what we read with a grain of salt. I believe yours was different because you claimed the Dow Jones news wire was saying something it didn't, and in my mind that crosses the line that I think most of us respect. Believe me, if I'm wrong, I will apologize to the ends of the Earth. But you never replied to this thread, and it seems one is in order.
