I'm beginning to wonder if a small Instant Pot may be the best solution if the temperature is adjustable.
Only the Ultra Instant Pot has custom temps. It also has many temp presets, including one for yogurt. The yogurt preset shows 110-degrees, but the actual temp seems to be about 107 and it holds pretty steady. From what I've been reading, L. reuteri 6475 likes a temp of 98.6, since it is derived from human breast milk.
