When Roe vs Wade is over turned, a law will be needed to make abortion legal again. What will that law state. It could be as simple as "When the fetus the birth canal and takes its first breath, it is a person with rights". Until then, it is property and can be killed at the will of the owner. Guess that leaves a little gray area between exiting the birth canal and the first breath and the whole concept of post birth abortion. I am all about science. I am not interested the cultural or religious aspects of abortion. Today, liberals who claim to be all about science really are not.
