TKA,

I post my previous question again next to your comments, "Blockbuster 4th Quarter earnings"

With the previous .33 from the first 9 months, and Fearnow and Kesceg saying a YE EPS of .44-.50, that would put 4th Q EPS at .11-.17.

Is that right or would the warrant dilution make 4th Q EPS much higher than that? If the warrant call and dalrington diluted the EPS even further from last quarter, 4th Q EPS would have to be $.17++ (maybe even $.20+?) to make YE EPS of $.44-.50.

Any comments/estimates/guesses of 4Q EPS?

Would BNGO dare pre-announce 4Q earnings??!!??

Brian

TKA,

- New acquisition outside of SC. I would see this as a positive development but would such a thing be viewed as a "knock your socks off" deal? Maybe but I think most people are expecting something along these lines given past statements by BNGO and all the warrant cash
available. Also, would this be a bingo deal or a low-end gaming deal?

It could be a "knock your socks off deal" if it was a VGM acquisition outside of S.C. Obviously, they have determined that the margins on this income is much higher than on Bingo Halls. I have felt for quite awhile that it would be great to see them move into states where the Government is in favor of regulated gaming and you don't have the politicians and biased news media to worry about. Other than Nevada or New Jersey I don't have a clue where that may be but I would expect them to stick to the low end areas and not try to compete with the big boys.

Of course this is just idle speculation.
