Nanda:

Does HVSF have any more "staying power" following today's "rise"?

A 300% gain in 2 days seems like too much too soon.

HVSF certainly showed some "firmness" into the close.

(Sorry, couldn't help it with the puns).

Nanda,

Thanks. And congratulations to you too as well!

Question: Why $4 specifically? Any particular reason (technical indicators, etc. or others) or just gut feeling. I believe that they are both equally valid.

My hope is that the stock climbs to around $5 or so before HVSF receives approval from FDA to proceed with Phase II. My sense is that all the preparatory work to start Phase II is in place.

Also, if stock price gets to around $4 or $5, may be the company can require the debenture holder to covert. That will be a nice little change.

In any case I would to stay for the long haul. It will be nice to see this stock achieve the valuation that VVUS has alraedy achieved (not their current valuation).
