Hi ski, Neat story, My buddy and I ran an investment club, while at school. We got Ted to come to our school in Flint MI.. We bought him the airline ticket and he visited us for a full day. He took a liking to us and gave us his home phone number to call if we needed. Of course every down turn and or market correction we'd call. He'd chew us out - tell us we're buying too high and speculating not investolating. It was a great learning lesson. A young man with only a 6th grade education with the common sense of 10 people. He was a multimillionaire and retired early to travel the world with his wife. His home was in Redondo Beach California. He was and is my role model in many ways still today. He signed my book on the inside of the cover: " As an Investolator you should succeed" Ted Warren. No doubt a treasured item to me personally. Bob
