Harry - With all of the good news why is BEAV still falling? I picked up a small position this morning at 21 13/16 because the stock seems undervalued at this point with the potential of a 50% runup during the next year. (Back to low 30's).

Am I missing a part of the picture here or is BEAV just a good buy?

Nice write up on RMI, perhaps you can help me concerning a security. In December of 1996, USX issued 5 million DECS (Debt Exchangable for Common Stock)which mature in February 2000. The redemption price is tied to the value of RMI stock at that time. The issue was co managed by Lehman Bros. & Solomon and was supposed to be traded publically per the prospectus I read on EDGAR. However I have been unable to find the symbol, would you happen to know it. It would appear that the DECS would be a conservative way to buy into RMI, depending of course on the current price.

Additionally, do you think that USX's ownership position in RMI and Treamont's ownership position in TIMT are holding the share prices down?

What is your outlook on TIMT?

Will appreciate your response.
