GZ -- if that photo of a bear sitting at the table in a park was so incredibly offensive, then WHY are people posting this screenshot all over the place? I didn't say the picture was funny, I said it was MEANT to be humorous. SI removed the photo - that's their prerogative. Since then, it reappeared in multiple copies, posted by those who felt offended. How many bear photos with captions and comments have you seen all over the place in the past 20 years? People's ideas of what is humorous may differ, but the policy of this board remain the same - you can see it in the 1st paragraph of the header. Da Cheif knows this very well - and should have handled the situation differently. This is not the first time this happened... he is a big market expert, and his stuff is very interesting... great to have him around... but I'll walk away from here myself before I allow this board to become yet another venue for vendettas. This is a market thread. From this point on, I'll have to suspend - for a while, or permanently - people who clutter it with posts about this incident, or other similar OT stuff. Hate to do it, but... watch it happen.
