I agree that this is a definite positive for both CS and Yago. With Cisco sniffing around Yago Cabletron had to pull the trigger on them now or lose their best chance to accelerate their earnings and therefore their P/E. This is a win/win, but I don't think that the momentum players will see that at this point in time. Therefore, I feel that they will dump CS at the open tomorrow.
