Mike V and Sergio, thanks for the heads up on CYPB. It will be interesting to watch in the next few days to see if or how much the stock goes up from here in anticipation of the companies news release
in the next few days. Its quite possible that it could double or at least go up 50% in the next week or so. It will be fun to watch.

Cary

re GSNX, and other semi equips.

yes miles,

i'd characturize $12 as minor resistence, and $16 as a major resist level. But the bottom pattern it's making appears that 12 will not be a problem to take out, probably very soon.

I'm divided on this group (semi equips) that GSNX is part of as a whole. One the one hand, many of thier charts seem to be making reversals, like SFAM. On the other hand, I feel that earnings in Jan/Feb. will take a hit from the Asia debacle and the group will suffer.

So I'm taking a wait and see approach. Overall I think they are oversold in reaction to sales pushouts by asian cos. I also think they are within 10 percent of their eventual lows. But I am not convinced a bottom has been put in yet.
