Not at all. In order for a petro-currency to exist, major exporters should agree to quote their exports in that currency. This is the strengths of the US treasury. US is the only country in the world that prints *foreign* debt in its own currency because the creditors know that they can take that debt and use to buy hard goods from the exporters. Until a similar arrangement happens for another currency, you cannot make the above statement.

This would fly against 3000 years of Chinese military strategy. I suggest reading Sun Tzu (the original, not me, but I can help too ;) "Hence to fight and conquer in all your battles is not supreme excellence; supreme excellence consists in breaking the enemy's resistance without fighting."
