Very interesting. I did not know that. Still, China has a long way to go and it is way too early to pull in a reverse-ZTE. Chinese don't think of strategy the way Americans do. They will build their defenses and strengths for so long that you will forget the power is there at all. Then if they must, they will strike like a viper. But not until they have made themselves invulnerable. As the saying goes, first we make our position unassailable, then we strike like a lightning.
