Hi w0z,

Thanks for the links!

My Dad passed at 85 and my Mom went to 98.5.

My wife is a very healthy cooker and we really eat a lot of organic food from the garden and I love to hunt deer elk, moose.

Over the years my wife (who was a spoiled daughter of a butcher who owned an Italian meat market in downtown Chicago) actually goes to the freezer without me asking for venison.

I need to do more fishing here in Wisconsin's beautiful clear streams and lakes.

Once I get some other projects completed - I'll get a small boat and learn to fish on Lake Winnebago (only a 35 minute drive from home).

Great walleye,bluegill,crappe fishing.

So much to do - so little time. <smile>

So far I'm healthy as a horse. Wish I could run long distance (for my heart strength) but an old knee surgery just prevents it.

I've looked at stem cells regrowing cartilage and people now can have a new Meniscus replaced ( mine was shot from 15 years of running marathons) from organ and tissue donors.

I like that idea much better than a knee replacement .
