Here's all I know west-heads. Chairman Gary Seamans, CEO Rob Faw, EVP - Marketing (forgot his name) all shown the door.

New boss Zoints is young, pioneering and well-known in industry. But might be bait for another top level job somewhere else. Tons of insider selling going on, according to janitor there -- who's a millionaire by the way -- and morale is at an all-time low.

Now comes word heirs of company founder readying to unload.

If no one snaps the firm up soon, we're talking about a $6 stock by the start of baseball.

Gotta believe the company is worth at least $14-18 in a takeover play. Watching this one close!!!!
