China helped Pakistan and North Korea get nukes. Once the knowledge is obtained it's nearly impossible to "forget it." I think the whole thing is a farce. Every country has a right to defend itself and they get to decide how to do it. NK will always be protected by China regardless of what happens. Btw, Russia gave China nuclear technology. Russia is also selling the S-400 missile defense system to many countries and the US Congress is helping them by not enforcing sanctions. This Congress is helping Russia arm the world with one of the most sophisticated missile defense systems in history.
