I wonder if Riley has gotten a price quotation for Director's insurance. Should be somewhere in the 6-figure range after the halting of the stock by the SEC. Riley better have it. And if he is on the Board now, what was the voting procedure utilized?? (not saying that he is as we all know the company would have announced it as a material event) And does he know that as an officer of the company, he could be held legally and criminally liable for passing on inside information... Lot's of plusses to being on a Board of Directors, but also a lot of liabilities. Give a man enough rope and eventually..... Nite all!!!! Regards, Ron
