I think for as long as the ATH isn't taken out, there may be a possibility for a bearish resolution. W2 can't travel beyond the origin of W1.

Even if it does, it's not necessarily "clear sky". It's unlikely, but we could still get a pretty big "C" down. Think of the 2000 and 2007 bear markets - in miniature. Taking out the 2000 top was anything BUT a buy signal.

So... there is no free lunch. Have to, as they say, protect yourself at all times. Easier said than done, when you want to attack... -g.
