dave, it definitely is a simplification. whether it is an oversimplification, i don't know. i'll look into it.

if it is comforting at all, i expect muei to positively impact mu's bottom line this q. if it doean't (remember, even apple is earning money!) then muei will drag mu down in a big way for a long time.
