Hello All.

<<<Will the deal go through? Musk is confident. “Investor support is confirmed,” he tweeted. “Only reason why this is not certain is that it’s contingent on a shareholder vote.” But that’s note quite right. Tesla’s board of directors must sign off on the plan. The SEC is looking into the unusual and unexpected affair. And, most of all, a buyer must step forward.>>>

It has been reported that The Saudi Sovereign fund owns 3-5% of TSLA

(Reuters) - Saudi Arabia’s sovereign wealth fund, overseen by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, has built a significant stake in Tesla Inc, the Financial Times reported on Tuesday, citing people with direct knowledge of the matter.

Saudi's Public Investment Fund built the undisclosed stake of between 3 and 5 percent of the electric car maker's shares this year, according to the report. ( on.ft.com/2vq9b39)

Tesla’s shares were up nearly 5 percent at $357.91 in afternoon trading.

PIF did not immediately respond to a request for comment, while Tesla declined to comment.

Remember the Solar City roll up into TSLA?

The Board will rubber-stamp a go Private move.

Why couldn't Musk move the TSLA shares to a more friendly stock market.

TSLA has BIG plans in China.

IMO...
Bernie Madoff must be feeling small minded.

Hi Don, there is no buyer.... Elon Musk is a self admitted bi- polar ... manic depressive... (the 1% of the
population that supply 33% of the geniuses, but also go through the wild up and down phases... and
he has had this Quixotix hatred of the shorts..... ... I guess there is a wild way in which by taking the
company private it can eliminate A significant 2019 TSLA debt payment as the debtors will now be
equity holders.....

when was the last time you saw this type of picture in a major Wall street publication...... like never....?????

but no one can make the numbers work.... There is a hugely famous saying on wall street that they ring
a bell at the top and Glenn Petersen, Myself and several other people feel that this is part of the the
"Zeitgeist of the the wild time between July 25th and August 7th" when 6 of the planets were all
retrograde.... to have 5 planets retrograde at the same time only occurs 5% of the time... 6...... I'm not sure...

I not sure when it happened last ...there are so many things in the heavens and here one planet earth that
are really far out there recently....

As Barron's mentions this week weekend, Don, the size of the financing package for Tesla could be significantly smaller then the number being reported. Musk holds a 20% stake in the company while the other top 5 shareholders who may want to be included own 34%.

Maybe less then 50/50 chance of happening but certainly not out of the question.
