Hi everyone!.. The last few posts were excellent! Thanks to all.. I really feel we are, in fact, communicating well.. Hey, I am a tempermental guy, and i was (and to some extent,i am still worried) ,but yes..Agti seems to be trying to make the right moves.. So allow me to enter some stuff here that may shed some light on the situation.. My partner spoke to mr. Chris Seargent at length today.. I was listening on the speaker phone.. Here is some of what was discussed. A) Mr. Sargent told us that a new replacement for Mr. Silzer will be announced very shortly.. My guess is it may be from BTC, but hat is only my guess. I tried to squeeze this out of mr. sargent, but as he should be, he was not specific.. But it seems mr. silzer will remain in a consulting capacity. Again, it was indicated that this announcement would be within a few weeks.. B) It was mr. sargents analysis that Agti would now be a "very lean and mean" co. with all the overhead reductions. He hinted that the next numbers coming out would indeed be "very good". C) I asked about Agti's now established fixed units and whether BTC would be sharing in the revenue stream.. He said yes, and although he acknowledged that the sharing would be substantially better than 15% of gross, he did not have exact figures.. D) I asked about competition with BTC on the maxlite and he said that that was being discussed and some arrangement would be forthcoming. E) My sense of what mr. sargent was telling me was that Agti was heading in the direction to be a "distributor of their machines".. It seems that they want to create software, and technical specs and then have other co.'s market, service, install, etc.. This can be a very good road for Agti to take at this point, but my feelings are that they will have to keep coming up with newer products in order to become a very profitable co...With cash and good management behind them now.. they should be able to accomplish this.. Of course it may take some time (The part that i hate!, but patience was never a a virtue of mine!)It seems that if Sonic Bingo as well as other patents from Prism can be worked on here, Agti can be very profitable.. As shareholders i feel we should be VERY CONCERNED at this point with hearing about newer efforts in the "creative R and D field with Agtii". If we don't hear that something is always being worked on, then something is wrong.. F) I point blank asked if BTC would consider buying Agti... outright...I feel that this might work for all concerned.. But if there really are new products to be worked on and brought to market, then Agti is right in going this route.. Good luck to all..... We shall see.. but let's keep being vigilant with "OUR CO.!".
