Why is it that people that have "a plenty"...always seem to worry about someone getting something for nothing?..

If you've paid ANY attention, Bob and I worked our arsses off to get where we are. I came from very humble beginnings and still pinch myself at how it worked out so well.

I gave the salutatorian speech in high school about how there was a great education to be had even at our school with all the racial tension, riots, stabbings, etc. if you showed up and did the work.

Many that didn't work so hard but played the game got great government jobs and get great pensions and retire early and spend like crazy AND STILL HAVE MONEY PROBLEMS yet those of us who saved and scrimped will have our Social Security payments taxed BECAUSE WE SAVED!

Even worse, many went to jail, had drug issues, might be homeless or worse... and much of it comes from making poor choices that some who have no clue tell those of us who took a lot of "abuse" for not joining our friends to steal things or sell drugs or whatever for a temporary gain... The idea that MY HARD WORK has to go and support those who made the bad CHOICES bugs me.
