From Briefing.com... 10:08 ET Telecommunications Equipment Stocks: Sector being demolished by comments issued by SoundView Financial. The firm is expecting RBOCs to slow spending. In addition, SoundView removed Tellabs Inc. (TLAB 48 3/4 -2 1/2), Lucent (LU 76 1/16 -2 71/6), and ADC Telecom (ADCT 28 1/4 -7 3/4) from its "Focus List." Cuts ADCT all the way to a "hold."

Ok, so tell me....is it the superbowl advertising or the Nextwave installations which drove the stock down almost 2 points at the open? any news out there?
