I understand the part now about faster profitability. ACMI will only be picking up X% of the R&D. R&D may go up but still they are likely to be picking up less than they are currently expending.

In terms of expansion yes this will go faster now no doubt.

But I still think they gave it away. Maybe when the other partners are identified and their contributions are announced it will look differently to me but so far it looks as if ACMI valued this part of their business at less than $20MM. [(6+Y)(2)] where Y is what the other possible partners will contribute.

This means the remainder of the company was valued at $25MM. Based on a market cap of $45MM. Is the remainder of the company worth @25MM? Was the part carved out worth only $20MM?
