Don't agree that it illustrates demand, but it sure shows additional capacity coming on line, doesn't it? Just what the industry needed right now! It may only show that there are some long term contracts that are still being honored. Sorry, hcm, but this is just another nail in the coffin of near term earnings, IMHO. But then you knew I'd have to respond to that naysayer comment in the middle of supply glut, didn't you? Demand is softening more as the extent of the Asian liquidity/credit crisis has deepened, so there is little hope of increased demand in the near term (1998). More capacity is unneeded and unwanted. Especially 200mm.
