Ken, if you haven't called to listen to the conference call, please do so. It is still available at the number which Boris gave us, which is:

1-800-633-8284, Registration #3737804

I'm anxious to hear your impression of the call, and that of Zorro, also.

By the way, after insiders file a 144 listing shares to sell, how quickly can they then consumate the sell. What is the window?

Gary, thanks for your comments.

Ken,

It would be interesting to know how many remaining shares these insiders still own. Now if they are registering all, which I doubt, then we better all head for the exits.

What does Chapter 11 have to do with being delisted from Nasdaq?? Would we be having this discussion on bankruptcy if the stock held $1.00 for the NASD timeframe? I see no connection.

There obviously were some big buyers yesterday.
