"No questions at this time???!!!" There was nobody listening to the conference call! The analysts couldn't even be bothered to dial in.

Wouldn't anybody like to know, for example, why CAWS has apparently been telling people the company is going to buy out its $40 million option with BANX?

If only Yin Li had been there!

Moderator: "Let's take our first question:"

Q: "Mister JA, this is Yin Li from CrazyMan Securities Inc. (CMS). I wish to ask how a roach like you find ways to heat up your soup! Once you were my brother but now you scurry around in the crevices of your own pathetic mind! Remember what you are and please stay away from me!"

A: "To answer your question, in about five minutes, after I sell my last 1.2 million shares for the price of a can of Campbell's Chicken Noodle, I'm going to be living in a cardboard box in Battery Park and heating up my soup with a sterno stove."

Q: "To follow up, I offer these simple words of advice: If I ever get out of graduate school I will happy to share with you my superior Line of Sight Vision. Then you will again be my brother. Now you are only a disease, a dirty slime!"

Moderator: "Do we have another question ...?"

A: "Yes! I have many more questions!"

Moderator: "Anybody else? VanGo? Zorro? Scott? k1b0? Mark McCoy? Slo Polo? Calvin? WTC? For the love of God, is anybody out there?

"Ladies and gentlemen, JA has left the building."

THE END

Van,

I listened to the conference call twice. I tried listening very carefully. JA appeared a bit nervous but very straight forward. The update on the comment cycle of the NPRM for 2-way MMDS was excellent. I am also impressed with CAI's progress over the last year in the regulatory arena and in its development of 2-way technology and applications. I also do not doubt that the Boston system is the only one of its kind in the world. With regards to the possibility of restructuring (whatever that may really mean), I am concerned with the impact it may have on shareholders like ourselves. I would have liked for JA to further expand on the downside of CAI running out of money in the near term. While I feel confident that CAI management is presently working its butt off to make a strategic partnership happen, it was only fair for JA to advice us that there is a possibility that it may not happen in time for CAI to either exercise the BANX option and/or meet key financial obligations.

What's going to happen next? Your guess is as good as mine. I have no further insight as to what is happening behind closed doors. Perhaps we should keep a very close eye on insider activity. I would also like to know if and when the company blackout on insider selling was lifted.

Despite all, I still believe CAI will manage to survive. But that's just my gut feeling. Also, there is no way in hell that I am going to sell my shares at 50 cents. If CAI sinks, I will sink with it.

Good luck to all,

Z
