Exactomundo. Very few people like getting handouts - unless they've quit hoping for their wellbeing. That promising of freebees is a bastion of the Democratic SHPEEL. Look at bernie. The little socialist in Brooklyn is a preliminary sign that the Democrats are destined to absorb another Red Wave. I suspect after the 2018 elections, The Dems will have a redefining moment. It will necessitate new and younger blood - with a purging of Palosi and sanders. Hillary is already toast. They'll be diminished for quite a while as the economic gains initiated by Trump will be much more longer term than an election slogan. I'd love to see Pence get rewarded with a candidacy for the president with a very sharp young artriculate minority who embraces rising above and striving for excellence. An attractive young female, would be dynamic as Pence is so classy and safe with other women - a sorely missing attribute to Trump. sigh Bob

When Comey came forward and re opened the investigation on Clinton that close to the election it was the nail that cemented tRump’s victory. I still can’t get my head around people that think he is a great president. He is a liar and philanderer and our country should have the ability to have done better no matter what party you are for. The president should be a person beyond reproach not a clown that angers our allies. People point out the economy but it was going in the right direction already. It’s a house of cards awaiting more inflation and people’s disposable income is shrinking.
