What a SMUCK you are!!! You've been ranting like a lunatic about the financing that you say would never be annouced and when they do you cry , cry, cry. 5 million is alot of money for a debt offering for an unproven but promising technology. The warrants are good only if Actv is a success and it does not dilute Actv's stock. If its a scam those investors won't get much from a bankrupcy court. Get some help for your obsessive need to exact vengence for an investment loss. Its bad for your heart. Ali, the answer is yes. Originally they were going to issue equity in the regional networks as part of the deal to raise the 25 mil. I think its very smart. Art
