I expected them to work with the original Zip drives, but I was hoping that IOM would have taken the opportunity to put the retroreflector to good use with the Zip Plus drives.<<

Of course I can't say whether all Zip Plus drives are the same, but the Nomai XHD disks can be read and written to by mine.
