I would like to be certain to distinguish myself amongst the posters taking Biochmem 202 and say, and I stick by this, that, I did not, and will not ever doubt any of the claims that Zona has mentioned. Although you could have inferred that I was speculating, my point is that the three ingredients were from the old pill. Asensio reported this from his analysis. He likely has this information and I would not doubt its veracity. Asensio albeit not my favorite person, would not--just as SGP did its DD-- would not, go public with this if he didn't have a little more than a few Biochem student's on his side IMO. Also, if he's put out the whole story(?), it doesn't take MUCH more than a biochem 202 student to figure out what does what in that pill. He has made, some very valid points about contradictions in Zonagen's own claims and reported data. Now if the patent filed doesn't tell the truth that's a whole different story. I only got the abstract not the patent yesterday, and that was to answer Myron's question. Regarding the FDA approval and the NDA: Anax, You are absolutely correct. Nobody knows what will happen. And like I said before all of the pieces of the puzzle aren't here yet. And I will be the first person to admit that the FDA approval is likely. Asensio still has a ways to go. He already stated that Zona claims that their new pill is different from the old one. Unless your into believing the master scam(granted there is certainly a suspicion here, you must admit), You have to believe that Zona & SGP(by investigating Zona) investigated and found that there was a difference. Zona will likely have lots of this data and Asensio will not be able to refute it. The quality and veracity of this data is in question. My guess is that both sides are hoping for the FDA to sort this out and not the SEC. Just remember that this stock will be news driven for quite some time. That could easily be a double edge sword.
