I enjoyed your thoughtful post, Robert. Many nice points. Here are a few comments.

<<if he's put out the whole story(?), it doesn't take MUCH more than a biochem 202 student to figure out what does what in that pill.>>

Agreed, which makes it pretty darn unlikely that SGP isn't fully aware of this- furthermore, it also suggests that you can't tell how the pill is going to work simply by looking at the formulation- otherwise, SGP would have taken a couple of college kids with them who would have lauged after a couple minutes of perusal and said "No way, ain't gonna happen."

You also distill this good point:
<<The quality and veracity of this data is in question.>>

Yes, it is by the bears- but the fact that Pharmco, which I understand is a respected and very reputable firm, was in charge of the Phase III trials certainly suggests that the quality of the data is good. I submit that the burden of proof lies on the other side to show that Pharmco rigged the results. This seems likely to be fantasy on the part of many other posters on this board- your balanced scepticism stands in marked contrast from many others, I note.

I'm still waiting to hear from Bill Wexler about his source for his reported "absolute truth".

BTW, something that may be affecting the price of ZONA today and tomorrow is something that has not yet been mentioned. Vivus announces earnings after the bell today, and the stock has made a nice move today as well. The ED stocks may possibly be getting a lift.

<<You have to believe that Zona
& SGP(by investigating Zona) investigated and found that there was a difference.
Zona will likely have lots of this data and Asensio will not be able to refute it. >>

Of course, now the logical question becomes: if Zonagen had this "data", why hasn't it been made public?

I strongly urge you to inverstigate the past history of this company.

Zonagen is a fraud and a scam.
