I haven't gone through all of the SEC filing, but I don't think anybody heard about the Reg-S offering from July until Nov. (I don't remember it comming up before.) Am I correct on this one? I hope the people currently in this get out before the reverse split happens and the new shares hit the market.

Eric

PI,
It was an exact quote from stockdetective.com. I wasn't planing to take credit for myself. I have used a very powerful computer but it still got stuck (many times I have 5 windows open at the same time) and couldn't get back online before the end of the 15 min. limit to post my source. You may want to read the entire page (for those who are new to the web, you've got to click the blue address). It also talks about debentures*. And yes, we have seen them too. It's as if you buy the book "Ten Stupid Things Man Do To Mess Up Their Lives" and find it well worth your money--You did all the wrong things. You open that page and say: "they did this..., they plan to do that...," "and yes, they did that too." Marty

*I double-checked in my 15Min. limit but couldn't find anything about debentures. I guess it was from another source. Sorry about that. MR-)

PI "this looks like a blueprint for the REG S filings we have seen recently, no?" Did I infer you to say "blackprint"? The more I look at that crap the less I see it in color. Whoever runs this show cares only about "with how many shares will I end up this quarter?" Not "how much oil can I suck out of the ground?" It's not the end of January yet but how can anyone trust their continues cycle "just one more time, please"? MR

PS
I'll quote from Oilex's page on the next SI post.
