That black mold is not something you should mess around with unless you really know what you're doing.

That wall should be opened up immediately by removing and disposing at least the lower 24" of drywall, probably 48" would be better.

If bleach doesn't kill the mold and often it doesn't since it is deep into the walls,,,,try 20% hydrogen peroxide that can be bought at a beauty supply store......it's about 6$ a gallon and is a superb oxidiser.

the mold can kill you. If necessary remove the wall until it is completely gone. Your homeowners will cover the cost if necessary, less deductible.

Check a few weeks later after repairs and if it is moldy again. remove it.

It can kill you.
