I am willing to make a deal with you. You appologize to me for insulting my integrity regarding a 2 mill. note and I will not say one word about there recent filing. You must clearly state that euro was in default as of Dec 31.1997.

Hi Colin!

On the legended stock issue. You are right that some people would want legended stock in the case of a divorce or estate planning. But the person would have to be crazy to take legended stock in such a new company with no earnings and highly volatile stock price. Why would an investor want to tie their money up with a legend if they needed to get out quickly, which is important with Euro. I think you would even agree that Euro is a bit risky at this point.

On this latest post it says that $1,000,000 is going to technology aquisition and development. Colin, what technology are they acquiring, or is this just a clever way to siphon off more fees.

Ciao
