FeltBurner: If you'll have the programmer you spoke with email you his/her impressions of what went wrong, you can strip away their contact info to protect their confidentiality and forward the body of the text to me. Then, I can cast my techie eye on it and interpret what is actually being said. Or, you can have the person just email me directly. I promise to keep their name confidential.
